Health Insurance
Total Health Urgent Care accepts most major health insurance plans and can bill the insurance companies directly. The co-pay amount for your office visit is set by your insurance provider, and is usually listed on your insurance card. To use your insurance for your visit, please bring your primary insurance card and secondary insurance card (if applicable) when you come. If you’re not sure whether your insurance benefits will cover your visit to Total Health Urgent Care, please contact your insurance company.
Self-Pay Pricing
Out-of-pocket cost for office visits is $130. This includes exams, referrals, and any prescribing of medication.
Self-pay cost for x-rays is $75.
Because we provide such a long list of services, it’s recommended that patients looking for an accurate estimate for their visit call beforehand to inquire about out-of-pocket pricing.
